FOR the month of Ramadan, De Palma Hotel Ampang presents a touch of heritage for its Buka Puasa Buffet.
The hotel's team of culinary experts led by chef Hamzani and chef Juzaili has prepared a wide spread of tantalising local and international cuisine that will please your palates.
Savour traditional kampung specialty dishes such as Daging Salai, Masakan Tempoyak, Telur Itik Masak Lemak, Rendang Daging, Siput Sendut, Masak Lemak Cili Api and Curry Fish Head.
The buffet also features a live action stall that serves Kambing Bakar, Udang Berempah, Masakan Pantai Timur, Laksa, Mee Rebus Utara, Ayam Panggang, Char Kway Teow, Mee Goreng, an array of banana fritters, yam, sweet potato, Cucuk Kodok, and Cucuk Udang.
As for desserts, diners can indulge in an assortment of local Malay Kueh, puddings, assorted pastries and fresh fruits.
The Ramadan buffet at De Palma Hotel is priced at RM68 nett for adults and RM35 nett for children below 12 and is available on August 1 to 28 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
In addition, surau is also available for Muslim guests to perform Tarawikh prayer severy night and Qiamullail on the last 10 nights of Ramadan at the hotel.
